SAP Project Manager Contract Freelancer Roll Jobs

We are currently looking for an SAP Project/Program Manager Level 4 for our customer based in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Job Description

• Responsible for coordinating the strategic initiative over the cluster (two teams).
• Day to day coordination of the work with close collaboration with the supplier
• Following up on the administrative/costs/deliveries and report this to external and internal stakeholders.
• Be the face of the initiative both internally and externally, and function as the “glue” keeping the cluster together
• Run joint sprint review/planning (bi-weekly) and follow-up meeting (bi-weekly/weekly/on demand, stakeholders, and report progress)
• Planning & Collaborate with Product Management, Product Owners, Solution Architects/Engineering to decompose the epic into features and capabilities (enablers) and help prioritize these backlog items 
• Supervise overall time plan and track progress (features or sprint goals) with representatives from the product teams. Understand and report on the progress with key stakeholdersàProgress follow up
• Risks & Support RTE and Scrum Master in establishing flow, for example removing impedimentsàIssues
• Budget & Resources
   

Job Requirements

• Be communicative and being able to handle and anchor with multiple stakeholders and presenting reports in a professional way
• Excellent skills in coordinating major and complex initiatives.
• Excellent people skills
• Excellent skills in planning, coordinating, and reporting
• Excellent skills in managing stakeholders and balance different opinions.
• If you have experience from with agile delivery models and SuccessFactors implementations that’s a plus
• 10 years working experience or more within relevant area
